I finish talk to all people but in the mission progress -1 people??? Can i reset mission to start again?
You can try searching again from the beginning following the sequence in the video... from there you can find out which ones you have found and which ones you haven't

Maybe t is the same with 1 NPC in Maltville that it only appears in a certain day/time.
Have you tried looking for around 18.00-21.00?? I met Nana at 20.58 .. Or you can try changing the channel

Honest answer: You already talked with her and received the 'Trade Secret'. If you are done with Bobick, try to talk with this NPC again and it is the same with Annala. Find another woman you can mingle with 😗
