Night Market In Da Nang, Vietnam - Best Food Ever
Good afternoon guys! today I am coming to you guys from Da Nang, Vietnam. The night market I went to last night had some of the best dishes I ever had in my life. Walking through the market, a vendor pulled me in to try some of her grilled seafood, the dishes were good, but the main dish blew my mind. The grilled lobster with cheese and scallion oil has got to be one of the best dishes I ever tasted. So tonight I am coming back to try it once more and other dishes to confirm that it is one of the best dishes. This receives a percent mcgiddy meter of 10. It is one on a top list of all times. Hope you guys enjoy my adventure in the son tra night market as it is my last night in Da Nang, Vietnam. We will be heading to the country's capital of Hanoi. I was never a fan of escargot. Had it a few times when I lived in Saigon as a kid, but never care to eat them again in my lifetime.

In the USA, in Los Angeles county, they have a 626 night market. Just a bunch of food vendors & food trucks converging. Then someone down in Bolsa copied it, so now there's a weekend night market at Phuoc Loc Tho at Little Saigon in Bolsa. My extended family still lives around Saigon. My brother, his wife, & their 2 sons were in Saigon for 1 month this past July. Street food are the best. Whether it's in Hong Kong, Saigon, Tokyo, Singapore, or any other Asian countries. Since you love scallion oil, there's a dish I used to eat as a kid in VN in the 70's. It was corn on the cob, grilled, slather with scallion oil. The oil had scallions, dash of salt, and tiny cube chunks of bacon fat (slightly smaller than a M&M). I don't see it anymore on these YT channels. Guess it's not profitable, or not popular?
@DecrepitBiden I will find it for you!! I was in the oc last summer. The night market is fun but not quite like the ones in Vietnam. You mentioned hong kong and Singapore. I will be in those countries after Vietnam!! Hope you stay tuned!! And I personally love grilled corn with the scallion oil. My mom made it for us as children
@@mcgiddyphatfat Yeah, my SIL (sister in law) just called me a few days ago about her trip to VN. She said it's sooo much fun over there, food is much better than in the USA, because they made the dishes kinda bland in the USA for the Americans, whereas in VN, it's full on flavor. They went to a buffet where it's only $12 USD. Have fun in HK (Hong Kong). That's my fav place (been there 4x) out of all the countries I've been. Don't forget to take the normal boat or hydrofoil boat to Macau, see the big Buddha, Lantau island, & the incline to Victoria's Peak. Japan is cool, but it feels too far apart for me. I was constantly taking the metro if I wanted to go anywhere, whereas in HK, I could just walk around & get lost, & be like a local, walking down Nathan Road or Tsim Sha Tsui road. Don't forget to watch the light show at night on Victoria's island. I never cared to go into mainland China.
@DecrepitBiden buffets here are amazing!! The value to cost is crazy good. I also have plans to eat at the most expensive buffet in ho chi minh city saigon. Definitely going to Macau from Hong kong. This adventure through Asia is going to be awesome. Hope you sub for the adventure

I really like these sorts of videos...especially dim sum.....but you had food on your face after the first mouthful, you chew with your mouth open, and talk with with your mouth full of food. I think you would be fun to follow , but these aspects are really hard to watch....and chomping, chewing sounds....anyway hope you have success....this type of eating would be hard to watch for a lot of people.
