I am surprised that scammers are also after giveaway winnings. Maybe, there is a way you can get winners to prove it is actually them and not more scammers. I know another TH-camr I follow does a video call with the winner to make sure it is them. I guess this must be why. To unhide/unblock them from your channel you will need to type in their channel name, click on their profile, click on the three dots in the top right of your screen, and click the unhide/unblock option.

So many scammers are on here and so many giveaway poachers they only come around to comment for a giveaway and never comment or watch other videos and it’s sad
