Hi there, welcome 👋🏻
Well, I'm here to share my experiences and how intense exercise and working out has helped me cope and manage.
My vids will be barely edited, i will try uploading regularly with the videos focused on the workout and movement.
I will try evolving my videos into follow along videos and once more comfortable i will start participating more vocally, either in the video or as a voice over.
I like to frequent public parks for an outdoor workout where I rely on my natural or man-made surroundings to provide the equipment.

This day was actually chilled cardio wise, where I felt it, the arms, fatigue, on the shoulders, fatigue... - cardio wise, I'm coping just fine, - masculinity, that is the struggle, I don't allow myself to recover But that's not what the challenge is... The challenge is about overcoming 🤗

how come are u doing this & not burpees
From all the impact on the joints... Wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, I try to avoid the impact of the burpees by doing these "reverse burpees" Still getting the full body workout and targeting very much the same major muscle groups.

I haven't seen gains for months... And there are scientific reasons for this... 🤣 Perspective: muscles need to recover, rebuild and rest. I am an abuser and there is nothing I am gaining. My joints hurt, my muscles are sore and fatigued... I struggle to lift my arms or climb stairs sometimes. Most days, the thing that gets me started with the burpees is not the same thing that allows me to complete every single last burpee. ... if not burpees, then what??? 🤔

The challenge is this One day of the year = 1 burpee So, by day 297 we'd have done our 297 Burpees By the end of the year, we'd have completed over 50 000 burpees (I could be wrong)

Hey, 👋🏻 Thanks for the support So the challenge goes as follows, add 1 burpee for each day of the year. We went from doing 1 per day, until we reached day 366. So it's progressive and we would have completed over 10000 Burpees by the end of the year
