      I will be doing ultrasound every 6 months starting next month at the hospital where they did my surgery.

      @@thegraffpost I didn't either until the Doctor suggested it, so much less invasive than taking our my lymph nodes and doing biopsy, and no radiation compared to CT scans, which were the first 2 options I was given. I said I wished she'd started by offering me ultrasounds!

    Interesting topic. I was curious about those hydrogen pills but not now! My parents have to get their well water tested and the list of stuff in the water is as long as my arm. It even has an arsenic in it. That can't be worse than smelling chlorine in city water.

      Yup, when I run heavy metals & minerals labs for people, I see alot of toxins in well water, and in some cases city water is very high in aluminum, which is a neurotoxin. Using water filters, and doing detoxes to help get the toxins out of the body is more important than ever!

      It's not just hypnotherapy, it would be the combination of understand your programming from a young child, and rewiring your neurology so you run new programs, this uses NLP tools, and then we'd use TImeLine Therapy, and tie it all up on a bow with hypnotherapy.

    My mother was always adamant about cooking natural and healthy food for myself and my siblings, one of my sisters and I both have ADHD, but I also have autism. Japanese people also get ADHD at near the same rates in spite of having much better nutrition than the average American with lower rates of obesity and eating disorders. While the number of diagnosed ADHD individuals is slightly lower in Japan, keep in mind that mental health is quite stigmatized there, which is why they have the s****de forest. We need to acknowledge the people who are struggling and provide support. I will say though, that autistic and ADHD individuals do tend to have a hard time absorbing nutrients, so a holistic approach can definitely make a huge impact on our quality of life. Just please make sure to consider all the factors involved before making assumptions about the underlying mechanism.

      I agree, an impaired gut will cause difficulties in absorption of key nutrients and you are right these are multi-factorial conditions, it's never just one thing. I'm glad that your Mom was so adamant about cooking natural and healthy food for yourself and your siblings.

      Thank you for listening to the podcast, and for commenting here. I cannot give any medical advice or medical protocols here, however based on what you have shared, I'm wondering if you are getting enough protein in your diet, as protein is the building blocks for our bone and muscle tissues. Or if you have gut health issues, then perhaps your body isn't breaking down your protein well enough, in which case you'd want to work with a functional medicine practitioner to help heal your gut and digestive system. You said you are healthy, however sometimes we don't know right away when our gut is struggling with breaking down our food.

    I just finished listening to the Haley Dubin podcast and LOVE Haley and was looking forward to the interview but felt like the majority of the time the host was speaking instead of Haley. There were a lot of "I's " in the interview. I think the host was excited to share her knowledge instead of hear Haley's and would recommend she relisten to it and time how much she was talking vs. Haley.     Hi mellisa is having wight on your thighs and glutes is comes from fat that you eat or carbs? Does carbs growth glutes and thighs or protein I confuse? Thank you

    Totally agree with this Melissa. I actually schedule meal prepping in my planner. Knowing I have food ready for each evening meal was a game-changer for me. Also saves on food waste too.

    I think this is great! Appreciate it. Q; what dies the color signify? Lighter brown verse dark brown?

      Andy shade of brown is healthy, the colour of the brown is impacted by how much bile our body is producing. If it's really dark brown, almost black, that could be the result of some vitamins, such as Iron or dried blood in the stool which we obviously don't want!
