My results using the Polaroid I-2 instant camera (with expired film)
Does expired film work with the Polaroid I2 camera? In this unboxing and first impressions of the Polaroid I-2 instant film camera, I share my results using the camera for the first time. I show how I set up the camera with the included strap, loading the camera with expired pack of film, and how it all fits in the premium case. I also share my results with testing the first two packs of film I test shooting with this instant camera.

Hey sister can you tell me same thing for bing image generator as want an image of 9:16 in bing.
Unfortunately I don’t have experience with the Bing image generator, I’ve never used it.
Polaroid is disgusting camera but still people buy it
That’s an interesting way to describe a camera. Why are you watching videos about Polaroid film if you think they are disgusting?
@ because i have polaroid waste a lot of films thats didnt take the good moments 😞😞😞
How do you not have a blender pen? They literally come with every pallett you buy,
I bought all of these individually, it wasn’t a pack with a blender. I do have a blender marker from a different brand.
I think you're bias considering the fact that you are only familiar with the ladder application makes this video not super informative or useful… I'm really not trying to be rude I'm just being direct, and may be a little blunt to a fault, but I found it pretty unfair too present this is a true comparison of the actual apps functionalities. You could've either taken time to familiarize yourself with the first two apps so that you at least had a base knowledge of how they work and that would not taint your workflow or slow down your process, or picked a different app than procreate since you obviously have farm or experience and much larger knowledge base when it comes to that one. It just doesn't really offer much in terms of informing me as a viewer of the apps actual functionalities. The POV for either when you're coming to it for the first time and maybe how intuitive it is, which could've been the outcome if you would've picked a third option with which you were unexperienced, or the wire framing functionality encompassed by each app's Full range of capabilities (with actual knowledge of what they are) is what makes a video like this actually useful and not just… I don't know, obvious? Like obviously the app that you're familiar with is going to be the best option when you've just barely opened the two other ones. I don't know maybe three years ago you were not as capable as you are now so this is probably a totally out of date and useless comment but hey at least it drives up your engagement right? Ha ha, think that's enough out of me.
Everyone is biased including you 🤦🏻♀️ this is meant to be a quick analysis, answering the specific question can you wireframe on an iPad, a first impressions from one person’s point of view. I didn’t title this video “complete review of X programs for wireframing”. If I did then yes, as a viewer, I would expect that the person did a thorough testing and analysis of all the programs they discussed, but that is not at all what I promised here. As someone who is looking at various programs for wireframing, you should be watching multiple review videos to get various perspectives and you may discover a lot programs you have never heard of. Watching videos with titles like the ultimate guide to best wireframe apps or best wireframing apps, complete review might be more in line with what you’re looking for. I appreciate the thorough comment, you’re right it does help with engagement 😅
Can you pls do cars next or no
That’s a great suggestion!

Nice! The second pack was great! If you’d used the flash up close, use the flash’s GN number(10) to adjust the aperture accordingly, easy to overexpose! Cheers!
Thanks for the tip! Usually I avoid flash but if it helps with the exposure, that’s a good use of it
The award for the most horribly edited video on all of social media goes to…
😂 dude it’s a short I posted 2 years, for the sole purpose of showing those interested in it what it looks like, move on. Also, I’ve noticed you’ve never posted a video. Maybe do that first before you *try* to insult others who actually create 🤷🏻♀️
Your reading journal is beautiful!
Thank you! ☺️
Auto or manual exposure when taking these pics? Did camera have the latest firmware installed?
A mixture of both manual and auto. When I was on the boat, I used auto. The latest firmware update wasn’t available at the time, these were shot a couple months ago.
my women's intuitions picks the ideal colors. 🌜
That’s one way to do it!
Nice camera, but that stupid internal battery is a big no!
You would prefer paying for AA or similar batteries and replacing constantly? I actually don’t mind the internal battery, it lasts for months and saves money on batteries, so no complaints from me there! But I get the appeal of being able to replace immediately with external batteries.
@monicasdesignprocess absolutely I would! I want the control like on my digital cameras. No way would digital photographers accept having to send in their gear every two or three years for a battery replacement. And it's going to cost a fortune for this camera. The Instant Camera Guy, who repairs these for a living, showed a video on what it takes for this camera. Fifty-seven steps I think it was? Somewhere around that number. And several hard hours! Just unacceptable for a PRO camera! I'm sure it's a wonderful camera but for that price you should have easy access to change the battery when it goes bad.
They are planning an update so you can power it externally by a power bank or plugged in. So somewhat fixes the problem when the battery dies.
I have used Illustrator for over 20 years and I still learn new stuff all the time... Thank you so much for your time and effort for this awesome tutorial. God bless you.

Where is this unit from?
I forget the brand name but if you search Amazon for “Bamboo art supply organizer”, you should be able to find it.

this was a good video, i want to learn simple designing like colours and playing around with elements, the way you matched bold font in colors with the background was amazing, is there any videos that teaches tutorials.. i want to learn for designing clothes.
Thank you! One of the best ways to learn design is to observe what you see around you, question why it does and does not work, and practice your own designs. Use tutorials but when you’re trying to learn something specific and then immediately put it into practice.

These are amazing!! Is there a way that you edited them? Every time i i use the lab, they come out so so dark😭
I edit my photos a bit using VSCO but it’s nothing too drastic. Remember that colors will not print out super accurate colored to your original photo, you are going from screen to print, but I love seeing how they change with the film.
Oh my god!! that looks like dog shit
Very nice
Thank you!
I am glad I found this. I was trying to get a hamburger page to open and close and this worked perfectly

🤔😅
Why is the first photo bad
Well that’s your opinion that it’s “bad”, I love it. That’s called a light leak, a beautiful accident 😊 happened cause the film pack was exposed to light before exposing the photo.
its not good u need to see the webcam from this road😅
Not sure what you mean by the needing to see the webcam 🤔😅 I’m not saying it’s good or bad, merely experimenting with photoshop AI features for fun 😆
Can we get that photo?
The Beatles photo? Just Google search for the album and you can get it
The Beatles photo? Just Google the album and you can download it
What’s your font of the text?😊
It says it in the beginning and in the character panel of illustrator, “Mighty Slab”
Hi! Do you have a tutorial on how to make that arrow? I couldnt find a video for how you made it, thank you!!
I don’t but a quick way is using the shape tool to draw a box, rotating it 90 decrees, then cutting and deleting the part you don’t need. Create a line and join the two shapes in a group.
@@monicasdesignprocess ah okay!! Ill give it a try thank you so much!! I'm learning Adobe XD because my internship doesnt use figma and its been an interesting challenge. I just found your channel and its been really helpful!! Do you still make adobe xd tutorials? Or not as much lately :)
Great tutorial! Thx!
You’re welcome! Thanks for sharing the kind words ☺️
it fades for me 😢
It’s a lot of tedious double-checking. Make sure your grouped objects are set up correctly, sometimes it helps to rewatch parts of the tutorial as you’re following along.
Thanks for the review, love the vibrant colors but don't like the glossy finish.
Yeah neither do I 😕
The image with the teardrops is one of my faves.
Thank you! I’m really proud of how this one turned out ☺️
Of course, the one with the cat!
The best one 😸
I love this, it's so simple and easy and not overwhelming for someone with limited drawing or painting skills like myself. I've been searching for ideas on how to use my paints and this is right up my alley as I love collaging and mixed media art. What paper did you use? This also made me think of a good art activity to host at work.
I love to hear this! You’re right, really anyone can do it and that’s my goal with sharing my process. Unfortunately I don’t know the exact brand of paper, I got it from Spain a couple years ago, but I believe most thick handmade papers are similar.
@@monicasdesignprocess No worries, thanks, I looked up some textured papers online, think I found something similar to get that particular look.
so if i want specific resolution ratio like 2000px1000px can i do --ar 2000:1000?
To clarify, the “ar” prompt refers to aspect ratio, not a pixel dimension size. Midjourney generates low quality images so to get something that high of a resolution, you would need to use an external upscaling program to do so. But 2000px x 1000px is a 2:1 ratio, so you could use the prompt - - ar 2:1 to generate the correct aspect ratio and then use a different program to upscale it to 2000x1000.
thanks for this!
Of course! Thanks for reaching out ☺️
I liked this. Fun ideas.
Thanks, glad to hear it ☺️
Cute
Thanks ☺️
0:50 is this cover design something you did yourself, or does the cover come like that? Im guessing its the Kraft set?
It’s a craft note version, the marks shown on it are from various pens and markers I tested on it
@@monicasdesignprocess omg it totally looked like a design 😅😅😅😅I love it
Love this journal and your setup!! It would be really neat if you showed an updated video of the progress you’ve made so far!
Thanks! I’m definitely planning to do a flip through at some point ☺️
th-cam.com/users/shortsC824oef9g38
Awesome channel, Monica. You just earned a new sub! Is there a way to upload a picture of an actual product and then use it in a Midjourney image? I've tried uploading the pic, using ?describe, then using the prompt, but it doesn't work. One last question is how do I change the aspect ratio of a Midjourney generated square image to 16:9 but of the same exact image? When I import the square one to Canva and the stretch it to 16:9, too much of the pic gets cropped out. TIA :)
Thanks! Yes you can upload a photo and it will take into account what’s included in the photo. These are steps from Google to do so: Click the plus icon next to the prompt box Upload the photo to Discord. Click on the photo, right click, and select Copy image address. Go back to the describe prompt, click on it, and paste the image address into the prompt. Submit the prompt Click on the image to make it appear in a light box. Right click on the image and select Copy image link. Type /imagine into the text field, paste the image URL, and then add the image you want to create. I have a different video on my channel that talks about aspect ratios, you can change it but it’s mostly as you’re creating your images with the initial prompt. After the fact, once you’ve upscaled, you could use the zoom buttons and then crop into the photos in Canva. But that’s not ideal, remember these photos aren’t very high resolution so you would need to upscale with a separate software like Topaz AI (also have a video on this)!
@@monicasdesignprocess thank you!
Where did you find the black film with the white mini bullets ? And how is it called ?? In the 3:24 minute.. this is ausome film frame
Thank you! Those are actually gold specks on the black frames! It was a limited edition 600 film, unfortunately no longer sold 😞
@@monicasdesignprocess ahhh 😩🥴 amazing frame , one of the bests i have seen .. so sad to hear that foreal ...
Insightful and inspiring. Is that a Taylor Swift tee? 🤔
Yes, it is 🤷🏻♀️😂
The black paper behind your work compliments it so well!
Thanks! The black paper can work so well with certain elements. Other times not so much but it’s fun to experiment with.
