Important: if Excel plays dumb and doesn't recognize blank cells and if you can edit a big data list through formula, try to put something into them instead of "". In my case I used "X" to fill all "blank" cells which were not recognised as blank cells. Then Select part of the doc - Find & Select - Constants - leave only "Text" in the list marked - OK - right click - Delete cells - move to the left (as I needed it to be moved to the left).

Hello I am Dennis. Thanks for your explanation may I kindly ask you small concern about using word but using the equation tab? Whenever I write one equation especially tab opens up. Is it possible to skip a line in this special text box as I cannot manage to do it?
Thanks Dennis for your comment. As far as I know we can't skip a line in this text box where math equations are inserted, however if you could duplicate the same text box and bring it down a little. It might do your work.

I followed you pretty much. Clicking on the background to go from blue to white was incomplete. I had to hit fill and choose white. I managed to outline it but when I tried to just scoot a copy over to create multiples it did not work. Turn into a pic with the round loop at the top and moved around? Otherwise, I did it so far. Now to save it as a JPEG pic. Thanks
