While Superman has 87 years of constant content, Saitama has about 12 years, so it wouldnt be fair to scale them by feats because when a writer writes a story, they want it to be interesting, and in 87 years the character must grow a lot in strength and personality, in simpler terms: Saitama hasnt had the chance to get as much "random bullshit go" as Superman.

Dont think you guys quite grasp the scale of the Von Neumann Universe. It comtains every stretch of set theory and all mathematical properties. Literally every possible dimension and structure of space-time can exist as just an infinitesimal part of it. Essentially, it ends up being an outerversal structure as no wuantity or cardinality of dimensions can reach the concept of the Von Neumann reality. And then after that, Garou is said to see an entire multiverse of those structures as nothing in the palm of his hands. He even creates an infinite string of them in his attack. So, bare minimum, Saitama being able to fold Garou and those universes would be infinitely into Outerversal.
