We’re a software selection firm that looks at software differently. Instead of trying to sell organizations the software we support, we seek to understand what problem or pain the software needs to address.
Once we understand a customer’s needs, long and short-term goals, and the desired outcome - we can effectively propose the best software for that unique combination of requirements. Choosing the right software for your business can make or break your capacity to succeed. By truly leaning into the conversation and understanding who our customers are, we can guide them to outcomes that align with their goals while uncovering additional wins that amplify the result's success along the way.
Through our prioritization of people over profit, we can deliver solutions that solve problems, empower people, and provide leadership with the insight and key metrics needed to assess the health of their business and make informed decisions.

Excel Spreadsheet Downlaod: foxly.link/CRE-WELLNESS
Hello, please could you share the excel file using on the demo?
Short answer: We don't have the file to share any longer. We can try to help rebuild it if you'd like. Are you wanting/needing the import list or the diagram/field list? Longer answer: The spreadsheet/Excel file that's shown in the video was a standardized spreadsheet that we use internally to represent various objects and the columns we believe need to be added. It's nothing more than what you see on the screen. Shapes, connectors, and a simplified format put thoughts to "paper." This particular video was an example/concept only to help visualize what we built and why. We didn't actually keep the spreadsheet as... well, honestly, we didn't think anyone would want it. :) The template has evolved considerably over time (it barely looks the same), and it's become a critical piece of how we implement solutions for our customers. It's not something that we can share at this time as the current format is considered intellectual property. If you can advise what specifically you need from the Excel file, we're happy to try and rebuild it and publish it.
@@malik-inc Yes, to avoid to do the hard work.... 🙂

@@malik-inc Hey there! thanks for the hard work. Is there any chance that you can put the excel file available again? The links does not work anymore. Thanks in advance!
Good connector. By chance, this Form Stack is capable of writing customized code in the backend of the form. To integrate it with Creatio beyond Lead or OOTB object capture capabilities. USE-CASE: 1. Landing page connector offers to capture the Lead at first-hand. 2. Post successful Lead won, it must be Creatio or a Presentation layer with a business logic outside Creatio for sales. In such sales, users must be willing to see the list of offerings, add-ons, and discounts offered and it might not be possible to expose CRM to customers/consumers of the services. 3. To avoid exposing CRM, it is required to build a presentation layer about the sales/order flow before approval outside CRM (The user, picks and selects the services and is interested with minimal data validation) then an Order is Created inside CRM which then moved with the approval process and finally into payment gateway and invoice/accounting part. 4. So the form integration should be two-way. Creatio API to Form and Vice Versa Best regards, Bhoobalan Palanivelu, Creatio CRM Implementation www.linkedin.com/in/bhoobalanp1993/
Hi Bhoobalan, this is a very extensive use case example that goes beyond likely what the use of our Formstack Forms connector covers. You might be able to do it, but it doesn't mean that it's the best way to solve for the solution. It boils down the to "can you" vs. the "should you" argument. Just because you can, doesn't mean that you should. That said, we would look to Creatio and Formstack working together to approach your specific use case. This response is 3+ months after you comment; however, if it's something that you're still attempting to solve, it may be best to set up a conversation instead. Please feel free to reach out to our team via formstack@malik-inc.com if you require support for your Formstack Forms example.
Can we get a copy of the spreadsheet you use to the demo to try replicate?

loved your playlist. As a beginner in Creatio, it was really helpful to get me familiar with the system.
We are so glad to hear that the playlist was helpful!
What are your thoughts on starting within the Data Models section vs building the pages directly?
That's a fantastic question. I think it boils down to who is building the application. In our example, we are approaching application building from the perspective of a layman. A person who isn't technical wouldn't start building an application from either the "Pages" or the "Data Models" section of an application. They wouldn't necessarily understand that building a page requires a data source, and they would likely get overwhelmed quickly when starting to build an application from the "Data Models" area. That approach is generally for someone who is either more technical or more familiar with Creatio. If it's a technical person who is comfortable with the nomenclature of Creatio and how modifying attributes and settings within the data model and working with pages respective to data sources - then it might make sense for them to start there. Additionally, think about what you're building and how mature your idea of an application is at the point you're looking to construct a new application within Creatio. If you start from the technical path (Data Models and Pages), your idea has to be pretty mature or solidified to begin building from that avenue. The method and approach we're taking is more along the narrative of "anyone can build an application in Creatio." :) Starting with Data Models and Pages is just another way someone can bring an idea to fruition using Creatio. I hope that answered your question. -Basil
