😊 Fantastic video! Great driving!!!
Absolutely brilliant!! Well done!!
Very cool!
Absolutely brilliant!!! 😊
There isn't much footage like this or rather the algorithm doesn't really give it to me...
It's really atmospheric. Worth jumping into an abandoned base before the Titans disappear!
Fantastic!!
Looks cool ashame frontier think console players are not good enough after yours of us supporting their game they didn't support us. Instead they came up with bs blamed the console and forgot they could have just made it next gen exclusive or something. Was my favourite space game ever. I love space and anything set in the future and scfi so I am im still kinda upset by the whole thing as there will never be a space pilot sim/game like that again. 😔😔😔😔
Console dev has held back features for a very long time. They were basically having to develop 3 games at once while handicapping the actual game (PC) so it can be ported to play on low spec hardware. It's unfortunate that it worked out this way but 90% of the player base is PC and leaving console behind was the right choice.
"next gen" consoles aren't much different from last gen. They run on cut down mid grade 2 generation old AMD graphics hardware. The "4k 60fps" hype is just that hype. In reality it's upscaled lower resolution. The only thing the new consoles have going for them is fast nvme storage. Maybe eventually they'll sort it out enough to port Odyssey to newer consoles but for the time being they need to get it in order.
One of the first things I did when the first maelstrom showed up. I think it’s really cool that they are making the base restarts a part of the rebuilding process in each system. Although, I suppose that does make perfect sense.
Mmmmmm, no thargussy detected...maybe next update...
Coool ❤Maybe I'm going to play again, don't know 🙂
I would like to see some ground thargoid stuffs
It’s coming.
Supposedly it's coming soon, I'd be interested to see if we need specific AX fps weapons and armor, or an AX SRV
@@Zeralium I mean it was the main bullet point for why they brought us odyssey(legs). So it’s coming. But most of us think we are playing a finished game when in fact the games isn’t even set to end until 2024. Something tells me with delays and other world issues it’s likely longer than that. I guess we all still want things now. 🤷♂️
Can you get data?
Super!!
Brilliant!! 🙂
Fantastic!! 🙂
Thanks for the vidéo. Wouldn't it be easier for you to reactivate the generator, visit the base and collect it at the end to be able to loot everything more easily?
Interesting. Hopefully we get thargoid drones to fight on-foot at some point in the war. Also, what GPU do you have and how is Odyssey performance nowadays?
I thought max supercruise speed was 2001c.
From what I see you cant chase them you must intercept them from their forward hemisphere (along axis of motion)
Next time try do a inetseption manuver, lead you way in you may get close enough
xd
ρгό𝔪σŞm 😄
Try putting the SRV on a SLF 😁
Thx, liked & subbed
That was like the rescue scene from every space horror movie
As the pilot... it felt like it! So close... and splat!
They could work a bit more on a death screen lol
Woah, is that just from one system to the next? Like do you have to do that for every jump or does the range allow you to go insane distances so you don't have to jump too much to get back to the bubble? Sorry the TH-cam algorithim brought me here but I haven't played the game in years so I'm a bit out of the loop, that's an awesome video though!
The jump sequence is a set time. 15 mins countdown each time. But the jump is up to 500ly each jump. Fuel needs refilling. Depending on how much you have in your fleet carrier (ships, cargo, etc.) depends on fuel used for each jump. I get about 6 jumps for each tank. Fuel (Tritium) is expensive to buy, but can be mined in Ice rings around planets. Tritium hotspots work really well. With a decent mining ship and even with other players helping, it doesnt take too long to refuel. What I find works best. As owner I have a mobile workshop / maintenance crew. Park the carrier in a system I am focussing on, and then run backwards and forwards swapping ships for missions, etc. Or, if you need to go to Thargoid space for instance, jump 300ly. Spend two weeks there, and fly back to the bubble in one jump. In short, if you play a lot and can keep the weekly update going (mine is about 12mill credits a week), makes for lots of advantages in game!
try a scan with two orbs in cargo.
Thanks, will do!
Poor Vulture…
Sounds Like Johnny 5.
Could you explain to me what is happening in the obelisks after the Proteus Wave is fired?
@@blockgaming3496 oh! I haven’t heard of this! I’ve been pretty ontop of the events happening (partially because I had covid when the proteus wave fired, and then had an autoimmune reaction when the stargoids appeared. Since I was out of work I played a ton of elite). So I’m honestly amazed to hear about this find. I’m definitely going to be checking this out within a few days. Put some investigation into it. I have turned into a complete conspiracy freak. I am 100% convinced FDev has some weird fascination with the number 22. I spent hours learning the meaning of HIP and how that was calculated. I swear I might be going mad. Lemme just explain the last conspiracy I went on to show you the lunacy I’m getting now… next to one of the attacked stations is HIP 24020, but it overlaps with HIP 24019. The way they documented hippocampus or HIP was by using stationary stars in the background. If you line up Sol with HIP 24020/24019, you roughly are in the direction of the stargoids. So, maybe we ESA (European space agency) was actually looking at when they used background stars in discovering HIP 24020/24019. With Fdev posting “just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there” made me think something was up with HIP 24020/24019 as you can’t see both of them at the same time. Along with that, the stargoids came from NGC 2264. 2264 bares similarities with HIP 22460 (proteus wave). Idk the coincidence is strange, but I have no evidence…
