I’ve caught a million cats but have never been able to land a carp. I’ve tried different pack baits but I just end up with messy, stained rods.
Just don’t use strawberry or cherry koolaid. Add vanilla or don’t add anything but oats, jiffy and corn. Don’t make it so wet , and it will help that issue
