This album definitely didn't do him justice. With the recent news I started listening to him and was surprised with how incoherent and random the album is. But you were right in saying this was very much a product of what the label wanted him to release. Funny enough, although the album sounds so rushed, in reality it was delayed for years before it finally got out. Liam always said he wasn't really an artist who wanted to do albums because he didn't know what story he wanted to tell. He preferred EPs and singles. I don't think the label took his talent or preferences into account at all. LP2 sounded so promising, but I think Teardrops did not do well at all in the charts and most people didn't know it existed. very sad situation.

I would really recommend you react to a few of the covers the have done as well when you cover their discography my favorite cover they did was No Roots, also recommended covering the live version of the song they did with The Chainsmokers called Who Do You Love they all go crazy in that performance 😂

It's so hard to pick one favorite, I love all of them in different ways. I love Casualty for Mike's vocals (so different from what I'm used to!) I love Cut the Bridge for Mike's bars, I love Overflow for the vibe, I love Good things Go for the rapping bridge (that cadence switch!) I love emptiness machine/heavy is the crown for the bangers that they are, I love Two Faced/IGYEIH for Emily's wild vocals on the outro, I love Over Each Other/Stained for the versatility shown in Emily's vocals, and I found the intro amusing. I also love how the album loops on itself.

Bourgeosieses is a song Conan made basically as a joke, somewhat mocking rich people (hence the play on the french word 'bourgeoisie'). Its a lot like a continuation of Affluenza from Kid Krow
