Hello, I'm want information of NACA

I thought you didn’t need a down payment for NACA
you don't, if you look at the second part of the short it says "or you can use the NACA program and they pay it for you" :)

Rental
Excellent!!
Thank you!!

Hell nah, don't go to Virginia. Expensive as hell there. We just moved out.
Nothing is free 😊
very true! but no down payment is huge

If you let the government in the front door, they'll eventually push you out the back!
I lived in a complex that had section 8 for about 10% of the units. Those units had the highest turnover, the most complaints and highest police attention. If I had investments in housing, I would run as fast and as far away from section 8 as I could.
😣 *PromoSM*
Rental
I am interested
you do all that and I hope you still get a shitty tenant
Like a line of credit or only traditional lending?
STAY OUT OF NORTH CAROLINA WE ARE FULL
Shutttt upppp
Sorry Im already here 😈
For real bro. How?
Oh look a scam
One more real estate tactimoron
My mans acting like banks giving outnthese kinda loans to normal folks, like this shit even affordable. Families just trying to eat. $70k a year and can barely afford rent
Live where you don’t want to live. My first house was 40k in a bad area. House got robbed twice while I lived there. I sold it 2 years later for 132k. Right now, there is a house for sale for 45k. Pretty bad shape. Should sell for 160k after 40k is put into it. 900 some square feet. Little house. Edit: Where am I now? I live in a bigger house, I have one paid off rental and one I recently sold. About to do a 1030 exchange on the remaining rental to turn around and buy a small apartment building or mobile home park.
Fam I need help getting my first 5 plax
You can pretend to own land all you want. The government will still tell you what you can and can't do with it or on it and then if they decide they want it they will take it and there's nothing you can do about it
Can you get a new fha loan on a new property if you rent out your primary property after living in it for a year?
😂😂😂😂😂
Do you realize how much a refinance costs. Plus, every time in history, when rates rise sharply, they fall sharply quickly after.
I bet you would like us to buy your inflated houses before they crash wouldn’t you 😅
Naw, everything is overvalued and most are waiting till a collapse
They’ve been saying that for 7 years
Nope
How
Lower term results in lower rates and much lower total payment.
But that APR though lol
Even though your paying less every month. Your paying more total.
And the interest?
Wait you can buy an Indian? Not sure how they feel about that
Go to nyc, 750k for a studio
Remove Illinois 😂 I looked at a house that was a little bigger then a studio apartment and they wanted $750,000 for it
Yes Indian is good place to buy a home in lol
HOW TO MAKE TALL PEOPLE BECOME SHORTER.....
Speed Queen! You’ll regret putting those Whirlpool machines in
Isn't the ceiling height a liability tho?
Oh def! Im savin 30k for a downpayment on place of my own tho i have to rent another year. I have 20k already amd am stoked. Just worried about the property taxes and insurance atm. Good credit score, just missing out on lines of credit atm because i shied away from that then i can get approved
Rental
Our housing economy hasn't recovered from the 2008 housing crash, people wanting to get into buying a house are being denied that very loan you're talking about, and where the fuck are you finding good housing near real work (not drop shipping, stock bullshitting, cryptoscamming assholery) that pays a thriving wage and doesn't union bust when markets have consolidated more than 50% in 80 years, they've destroyed worker safety and gains with corporations buying out the politicians (or businesspeople trying to run a democracy like a failed business and then failing more and trying to overthrow that government), and workers wages have stagnated while CEOs have ballooned over 1000%?
This is funny because interest rates went from 3.5 to 7.5
Cause they are idiots
That's 6 states
