OMG at 6:40 you have possibly hit on why I have started suffering from Gout in my dominant arm (right) since Feb '23. Up until Feb '23 I had also had my covid jabs, BUT in '22 I had 2 bad bouts of covid. In Feb '23 approx a week or so before my pain I had my normal Vit B12 injection in the same arm that I am suffering from gout. For me I had been suffering from the same pain for 8 months (with a 1 month ease whilst I was suffering from Hep E) and tests and physio was aiming at tennis elbow. YET a month ago I saw a different Dr and within 3 minutes of walking through his door he told me he was 75% sure I had gout so he ordered blood tests and x--rays. X-rays came back with zero damage but minor old injuries (namely a radial head fracture in 2015) but was all clear, however the uric acid was high. Here in the UK 330u/l is the top end of normal but mine was 566u/l so I was put on Allopurinol and Colchicine. Like you at the start I thought I had pulled something at the gym but after resting I then got a job working for UPS unloading vans and my situation got worse to the point I had to walk away from the job.

I am sorry to have to tell you that as a gout sufferer, your life is in danger -- not from gout itself, but from any of the later life-threatening diseases often described as comorbidities of gout. I am currently going through the exact same scenario. My right elbow got inflamed last Wednesday, the pain got worse and after an X-ray and Ultrasound, the diagnostic centre diagnosed this as Olecranon Bursitis. However, my doctor disagreed with that and his opinion was this is gout and gave me painkillers to treat the gout. Today I feel that the pain has reduced a little bit. For me this is not about vaccination. My eating is pretty good but I believe I was not hydrated enough. In fact my last workout I forgot by water bottle at home, I believe this is the reason for the gout attack. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day.

Dealing with this now. Doc gave me antibiotics since we thought it was cellulitis. Symptoms are very similar to gout. Now on colchicine for a week. I also have history of a flare up every 3 years or so for some reason.

I just had an intense gout attack in my right foot which I treated with Colchicine based on my Rx directions. Pain subsided and then I noticed what felt like a bruise on my right elbow. Then realised it’s probably bursitis coming in behind the gout. My right elbow is the size of a golfball. No limitation to the range of motion. Only minor pain when putting it on the counter. But it’s compressing the nerves and I have numbness along my ulna. It feels crazy.

Levels 10 for me is when it's snut tears and sweat start running down my face . I give this a 6 . El Pollo extra hot sauce is a level eight for me. Number 10 is a serrano pepper . Has to be the 1 out of 10 that super hot.

Thank you Chris for making the boba straw review videos and for the update! I just started looking into purchasing this straw. A lot of people might want to take their boba to drink in the car while driving. However, some choose to drink in store, or take home/to a safe place to drink. If the latter is the case, maybe taking off the cap/lid will be a way around the boba straw not fitting issue.

Great video my friend..I suffer from gout since 2005..started on my toe and it has progressed to my wrist,elbows,knees and fingers BUT as soon as I got my vaccinations one in August 2021,second in sept 2021 my gout symptoms have increased in frequency, more intense pain and pain lasts longer..I keep away from HFCS,no meat or shellfish,no alcohol...I also get the pain in the elbow like you..it becomes painful,tender and unable to move it..I put ice on it and I also use the copper sleeve..seems to help..I myself do blame the vaccinations..BUT it can also be from alot of stress...I thought I was alone in this..Thank you for sharing this video and info..

Reduce Uric acid after getting blood levels of uric acid tested. If out of optimal range eliminate 100% of high fructose corn syrup and almost all fructose. Add allopurinol by prescription and start a regimen of quercitin daily.
