Where was Iraqi fighter jets? Why they didn't retaliate?
By the time it was 2003, USA had severely weakened Saddam and his army (After defeating Iraq in the 1991 Gulf War, much of his army and weapons were destroyed, plus Iraq had a very severe UN Embargo which prevented it from importing pretty much everything and that lasted between 1989 until 2003). Basically, the US and allies knew very well Saddam was very weak and took the opportunity to topple his regime, but lied to the world about him having WMD's. If he really had them they would have never touched Iraq, just like North Korea which is never provoked because they have WMD's.
The F-15 is still superior to every other country’s aircraft. The F-22 just makes it completely unfair. Did you see Top Gun Maverick; F-22? No? Neither did anyone else, but it still shot down four “5th Gen” fighters and destroyed the target.

Its a simple thing to understand. F15 can still be used around the world because its common technology that most countrys still use. F22 is almost alien technology that you dont want someone else to get. So its too important and will only be used if the US is invaded at home
