The 90 or so Art I students at Lassen High School are engaged in recreating the works of famous artists. Using pastels the students are using the skills they have been developing all year. And some classes are writing creative stories about some of the paintings.They have been reading with 5-6th grade students at local elementary schools encouraging these students.
