I take it out back with a bottle of dish soap and blast it with the pressure washer hose attachment

Right after I did software update the POS stopped working! I followed all instructions, reinstalled software, reset everything, stood on left leg for good luck, kissed the blarney stone and still nothing! Not happy to throw away good money on a piece of shit!

How can I take out and wash the part that holds the brush. I really need to get the whole part out to wash it. It’s not possible to clean it thoroughly when it locked in the docking station.

@tempeman101 0 seconds ago I forced my iPhone to forget the 5GHz network. Connected the iPhone to the 2.4GHZ network. Then uninstalled and re-installed the roborock app. Then went through setup again and went smoothly after that

My Ruborock Ultra 7 Max stopped sucking clean water from the tank!! Previously, I used to fill the tank with clean water about every three days, but now, unfortunately, the tank has been full for more than ten days, and the dirty water tank is empty. The mop no longer wipes like before, and its performance has become very weak. Is there a solution? There is no maintenance center for this device in my country.

Just bought an S8 MaxV and I’m super irritated! Doesn’t support 5ghz AT ALL! We have a mesh system in the home and it doesn’t allow for a 2.4ghz separate network! Has all the bells and whistles but doesn’t support a tech that’s the NORM for the last 5y? My 10$ WiFi light switches can connect to my network but my 2k vacuum cannot?!

damn the Q revo is so much less hassle than this despite being cheaper(same robot, just diffrent dock with same features). defiently engineers making new changes to justify their jobs and worsening the product as a result.

do you have any set up/getting started guide on the Roborock s8? I just got 1 as a gift and I dont full grasp the guide with it. it doesn't help the guide isn't in my laungish (danish) but a video like this would help so much, this even got me 1 step of the way. apriciat any help

Hello, My roborock doesnt connect to the app. If I find the roborock wifi it doesnt connect because is measing the password, with my home wifi, it doesnt scan que QR on my mobil

the grime builds up so much all over the bottom of the dock - where he took the filter out, and wiped easily under there - there are so many crevices and ledges... so hard to see inside it and so many holes / patterns on the plastic where things just build up. I'm worried mine wont last long!!

After some time the clean water tank will begin to have algae floating all over in the clean water. It's kind of hard to get the algae buildup completely cleaned from all the cracks and crevices inside those water buckets. Not alot of room inside them to get your hand down in there and removed all the buildup of moldy type algae. Kind of a pain as I don't want to be mopping my floors with algae water.

Great presentation, thank you! I've had mine for a month and a bit of regular maintenance should keep it running for a long time. I have heard complaints about odors coming from the wet tanks and the mop. The Omo solution seems to prevent any odors from the clean water tank, no matter how long the water sits there. Rinsing it when it eventually runs out of water is a good idea. The dirty water tank should be emptied and rinsed at the end of your mopping day. Spraying inside the tank with a disinfectant (such as Lysol spray) prevents any odor at all. Whether you have the dryer attachment or not, it's a good idea to remove the mop head at the end of your mopping day. Either rinse it with warm sudsy water or toss it in the washer, then let it air dry. Never any odor problems. All of these require some degree of maintenance and it's well worth the small amount of time it takes. They save hours of work and pay for themselves in a short time.

At this rate, you will go through toothbrushes like crazy 🤣
