Found it Open the Email: Log in to your Outlook Web account and open the email you want to use as a basis for the meeting. Click on More Options (Three Dots): In the toolbar above the email, locate and click the three dots (More Actions). Select "Reply All by Meeting": From the dropdown menu, choose "Reply All by Meeting". This will automatically create a new meeting invitation with the email content in the body and the email recipients in the attendee list.

So to clarify - I have a need for customers to book time with employees but they can be booked in a number of rooms - so I need to book the time on the employee calendar, the customer's calendar and the room calendar.

One more possible wrench - the room calendar - may or may not have a Outlook/MS Calendar - it may take place at a conference in a number of hotel spaces/rooms rented by our company

Had a look at this - If you create a service which isn’t bookable and doesn’t have a team meeting auto generated, then add a teams link into the email confirmation section of the service. You can then create appointments for each of your different locations and have when they get the invite it should have that generic link in the body of the invite. Let me know if that works or if you’ve figured out another way of doing it - definitely an interesting setup to consider! Thanks Donna

Hello, I think you can save live captions using an extension. Type theirs into google and you’ll see a number of options with steps - downloading an extension will depend on the settings in teams, especially if this is a work account. Hope that helps. Thanks Donna

There’s a number of reasons why this isn’t displaying properly, might need a refresh, also you can only add end screens to videos over 25 seconds long and not at all if the videos are made for kids. One to play around with as it’s not something I’ve seen before, you can also get a screenshot and post it in a forum or two so others can help you out. Donna

If you turn off confirmations you won’t see tracking unfortunately, I use this functionality for mass meetings where I don’t need to ensure specific people have accepted. Hope that helps. Thanks

Hi Michael, I’ve just checked the Microsoft roadmap and this functionality started rollout in August and is currently still sat in the rollout bucket so may not be currently visible to all users, my business account has this functionality but a company I work for doesn’t have this yet either like yourself, keep checking back as it should be coming to you soon. Captions will only be visible to others if you have them turned on and are sharing the teams interface or have teams open on the screen you are sharing. Donna

Hi I used the windows desktop version of outlook to create this video, the new outlook toggle is on. I have a personal outlook account with the device and also a have a Microsoft 365 business account logged into the same application so may be a crossover. New outlook feels very similar to the web version so that might be an option for you 👍🏻

It works well on the outlook app for windows as long as you have the new outlook toggle turned on (new outlooks is incredibly similar to the web version). I’ll look at doing another video for the mac desktop app as it doesn’t appear to work the same way 👍🏻 It would be much easier if the apps across windows and Mac were more consistent 😊
