You can create external resources (users) in ActivityTimeline and add them to teams, and they will be shown alongside with your current Jira users. Thanks for your question. So basically, ActivityTimeline doesn't automatically match users to tasks based on the skill required for these tasks. However, with our Functional teams and filtering, you can display on the left panel the list of tasks which require certain skillset and then show the group of people that actually have these skills. If you'd like to learn more, we recommend contacting our support team, so they can provide you with more examples, you can do that at support@reliex.com.

So the reports can be bookmarked, which will provide you with a unique URL, which you can then use to automate the report generation, for example: set up a recurrent meeting in Google or MS Outlook, or set up some web-hooks that'll trigger the link.
