Hello Mr/Mrs IeGeek customer service , I just received my new ZS-GQ4 IeGeek camera and done with it installation and with device setting plus ready putted inside 125g CD Card , overall is ok but I have no idea why it’s not recording ? I meant once I wanna play back the history it’s shows me that “no videos” even though it’s giving me alert notifications msgs regularly but once I try to open it , shows “NO VIDEO” Plz help me with , I tried many ways but not solve thanks a lot

Do not buy this camera, i had 2 and they were hacked , discovered the camera was activating and watching us , my work colleague also had the same issue with his igeek camera.

I have 2 igeek cameras, I recently discovered that the camera inside my home was hacked, I changed account password and WiFi password, within a week the camera was hacked again, I have now removed both cameras smashed them and disposed of them.

Does this have recording feature?

How do I use it on Verizon's network? Does the SIM card you provide work with Verizon and / or have a monthly data fee? I have 4 I geek cameras already and now need the 4g system.

Hello! I have a question about how to change the recording duration so it’s not limited to just 6 seconds. I found a setting in the motion detector menu to set the recording time to 30 seconds, but it still only records for 6 seconds. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, Norbert.

My camera will not even switch on. Have tried everything, total waste of money.

Just orded mine should be her tomo or email says . short storie one of my poe bullets went down saw this iegek ptz 40 quid got it and couldnt work out why wouldnt work with set up so went on the iegeek web stie and see what's up withe the ptz turns out only works with iegeek set up and looking for a retun adress there was an offer for 4 x 5mp cams with 2tb recorder 8 chnel and cables ect for under 200 so sod it and now awaitng to swap over and kepp eye out on my old comuity . Thank you iegeek

I’m using the ieGeek app for one of my IpCams out front. I accidentally came across a hidden menu while using it on my iPhone which was only showing in Chinese so no idea what the options described. From what I remember you had to swipe a specific part of the screen while in one of the settings. Anyone came across this yet? I’m trying to replicate this again.
