Truly amazing that you could be listening to try and hear one note missed or incorrect and there simply wasn't one ! 😂😅😂😊
No one is like Tommy
I've never seen Tommy play "The Hunt" better than that!!
Song is The Hunt. Tommy wrote it.
It's so technically clean, it hurts.
Good. But not a Chet Atkins
Is there any videos of Gordon Close playing guitar? I couldn't find any a video uploaded in TH-cam!
I once worked in a music store where we had a drawer full of old and odd guitar picks. There was a big thick felt pick among them, and I asked my boss what it was for. He said it was an old mando bass pick.
Probably to reduce that crazy fret buzz.
Show off - no music
Thanks for posting... what a tremendous piece of history... RIP for them both. Great guitarists, Buddies both, and two outstanding characters who are remembered fondly by anyone who knew them or even heard them at a distance.🏆🏆
Dat my grandpa
🚬🤠🎸 awesome
Damn he looks like Hank Williams Jr !
To be fair, most big white guys with a beard, cowboy hat, and aviators look like Hank Jr 😂
Are there any other videos of that show? Tommy has always been incredible, but in the late 90s/early 2000s he was ON FIRE.
Yes. His playing was very spunky then. Yet the guys technically still sharp as a razor today! Unbelievable.
whats the song at 9:41 ?
It's called Just Us of the homonymous album
This is a great place to shop.
Sounds really good, I wonder why this instrument didn't became more popular
Size?
Nice stuff Buster… i say you & Tom Bresh about 20 years ago at a Finger Style show in Elizabethtown Ky… glad to see/hear you again…
Eugene you sure have come a long way since the Lamont days.
yep
I really like Buster... i wish he was still with us...
Pros right here. Great song.
2 of my favorite musicians, RIp Buster, and many blessed days Bresh man. Awesome
What a player I adapted pedal steel guitar riffs to electric guitar that’s how I got my sound
He feels comfortable with that guitar because he’s always practicing.
Cool Bass man, & it's loud.
Man, could this guy play. So sad that he is gone. Did some great work with Tom Bresh.
The guitar is an extension of himself. He's got it in The Palms of his hands. Oh yeah. The Audience as well.
Geez, it looks like it's sped up. Just amazing.
Bluster legend!!
All these serious faces: These are other guitarists that think "thats it, i m done!"
Beautiful!
RIP Buster.
Anyone know what kind of guitar that is
If you're referencing Buster B's guitar , it's a Godin grand concert S.A. (full classical scale length/width + 13 pin output for use with guitar synthesizers). Its been customized with inlay also.
Whats the name of the sl!ow song he played in drop D? Beautiful. Buster is one of the greats! Period.
It’s called “Just Us”. Said to be titled for two of his favorite guitars, a couple of Godin Multiac nylon strings he called Merle & Pearl.
What is name of the song? Anyone know?
The Hunt
@@theboycanplay Thank you
Left us way to soon, thanks for mentioning Jerry Reed, love you both
Tasteful, versatile and relaxing music for all seasons.
LOVE IT! Good audio recording, too.
Wow, you guys! Great!!!
“ I thought they’d just got old “ 😊
I stumbled upon Buster B and I'm glad I did. What a great guy.
4:26 smoked a fatty before the show.
Such taste. That was just mouth watering! Gordon, you remain one of my favorite guitar players of all time. The playing, the arrangement, the recording and the production are all star worthy. Richard, that was just excellent. May you both play on for decades.
Fuck the troops...
When he played fast, his timing would go out the window
How bout posting some videos of you playing?
wi pepo
Buster B. Jones is a favorite of mine. I am sorry he died so young.
So beautiful!
Unbelievable control😳
