Exactly the vibe I was going for to this too. He is a huge influence on the ever evolving slushwave genre. The first song on this album is directly influenced by the first song on Dream Desert!

The transitions from the ethereal ambient soundscapes to the full on 80s styled warped out sections of the song are so damn great. This is one of the best things ive heard in a while and i kind of want to get into these genres now..
