Been listening to your gameplay videos over the last couple days. Ive gotta say you’re an incredibly positive and sportsmanlike opponent no matter what energy your opponent is bringing! Truly impressive. Question, you and your opponent discuss how Spider-Man is a good counter to artificer because of all the small damage. Why is that? I’m not super familiar with those two characters

And Coolnic, why not use the 4 Chi on offense at 15:55 before your opponent has a chance to What Status Effect them?

I have to know: what was your thinking, Assassinater, behind not playing the What Status Effects at 13:56?!

At 29:07 you could have kept that Chi, Coolnic. Your stack limit was at 6 since you hit Lotus Strike earlier.

3:35 I think there's a mistake here. Here Shadow Thief wanted to steal CP. So if you use Triple up and Shadow Thief decide to steal the CP, he gain only 3 because you have no more CP left. He could also choosed to gain 4 CP without stealing it to be sure to gain 4 CP

Not every day you see a character ult three times in one game.

Why can you cycle ? Do I miss something ??

Imagine doing this in a four player campaign and making everyone just sit and watch as you draw out your entire deck, heal to fifty, fully upgrade your board and then delete the mad king in a single turn.

When you took a while to respond to that first ult i was SO sure you could have stopped it but rather wanted to keep the mod for your own turn to finish the game 😂 Your pokerface is too good

Slight misinterpretation on Hakos RatNG, the third roll is forced if Hakos doesn't spend the CP to lock it in. In a sense, she gets three guaranteed rolls to try and get something more favorable.

Happened to stumble across this playthrough. Thanks for posting information about how some of you playtest. A couple of thoughts: 1. After only one play through, seems a little bit optimistic to suggest there are no balance concerns. 2. While numerical or empirical balance is important, I would argue that the play experience for both players is equally as important. The problem with Ashiok, from my perspective, is that it crushes the opposing player's agency. You have to ask if casual players would enjoy that experience even if they won half the time? I really hope that Dice Throne doesn't produce any more "control" heroes as I think that is a lot less enjoyable for opposing players. Walk the Plank/Abyssal walk are pretty demoralizing to play against. This is on a whole other level. Even if the 0 cost exile of the top card doesn't consistently get the Common cards, you're still taking cards away from the player. Upgrades and Attack Modifiers can be just as important. Wholescale undermining of the opposing player's agency is not how I hope DT expands the offerings.

I just took about 15 undefendable dmg from all those insults. RIP Arbalest, you walked so that others could run.

16:00 While the template tool here is amazing for simplifying the process for regular characters, the drop down for abilities is a bit constrained. Manually editing the JSON file can give further combinations of abilities and sharing/separate names and other work arounds (such as having abilities with multiple activation combinations).

10:12 “Tries to pick a colour to match” For clarification, it scans from the top right corner pixel by pixel for the first non-black/invisible pixel and uses that. However, due to edge fading, the colour will sometimes be a bit lighter or darker than it appears in the icon.

13:22 Just to clarify, you still gain the 4 Discipline even if you don't have space on your board. If you do, you can replace another Discipline on your board if you want.
