Hello, I'm ThinkFish -- a 3D artist from China
I'm good at making 3D avatar models, especially VRM models for vtuber live streams. I like the modeling style of painting the artist as much as possible, and I also like to learn and share related techniques. Welcome to comment on my modeling work or make suggestions , which will make me more sophisticated. Please subscribe to my channel~

Maaaan! this is insane, so beautifully done. <3
Beautiful ❤❤❤ did u make the video on blender ?
No~i make the video on “Warudo”
aaaaah shujinko, very nice!
cool
How much for a model!? O:
casaully stumbled on a god, understandable
also like the first vroids I couldn't tell were vroids by look at them, usually I see it right away in the face design. super impressive, someone is using the tool right!
@@MikeCore Thanks for liking my 3D work~!
those handpaint-like texture is amazing, may I ask whether you use a third-party software like substance painter/photo shop or just finished it all in blender
All in blender~ Most of the textures are modified from picture adjustments. I only do very little work by "draw", and I'm actually not very good at drawing.
Thanks a lot
Are you open for commissions!! What's your pricing like?
I love no.1 hair
So do I 😆
All of your models look so incredible- ♥♥♥ They look 2D at first too, EVEN WHEN SHE MOVES HER FACE!!! ♥ That's when most 2D-looking 3D models look 3D, but her expressions are so amazing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Btw., I'm wondering: Since you start them in vroid but import them to blender to finish them up, could you use them for games beyond VTubing? I'm not too knowledgeable on the 3D stuff but; VTuber-3D software likely needs the model to have many polygens + textures to stay pretty, in games little polygons (= other techniques to make it look smooth) if possible less texture for faster loading .....is what I think? Well anyway they look so damn good ♥♥♥
Thank you for your message~ I haven't made games before, but with some knowledge of games, the VRM model would be a good fit for a game. First of all, both Unity and UE already have VRM plugins, which can easily import VRM models into game engines. Secondly, because VRM needs to perform real-time motion capture, it actually has certain requirements for performance. VRM have a low polygon count and most of the solid detail of the model achieved through mapping. The resource footprint is relatively low.So I think VRM may also have a better compatibility with games.
@@ThinkFish2024 Oooh that's interesting - and unexpected! Thank you ♥
Well done!
Thank you~!
I just found out that I had been closing the comment section before...😧
damn youtube has recommended me a hidden gem keep you the awesome work 🧡
Thank you for your encouragement~!

I Thought This Was A VTuber But Asides From What It Is, I LOVE IT!!! (Although I'm brOke So I Can't Pay For One But This Model/ Girl Looks INCREDIBLE!!)
Thank you so much for your message!(Although You Can't Pay For One But you give me a very big motivation to make better models!)
how much are your commissions? they look beautiful!!!
@@ThinkFish2024 ahhh okay i see
@@W.I.S12 yes,that's my twitter
Hello, ThinkFish! I would like to see your speed sculpt/modeling for your work. Your models looks clean, af. I having trouble with getting the topology correct and would just like to see how you do things. If not, I understand too.
The main problem is all the models I'm showing are commissions. I once recorded a production process, but unfortunately, in the end, the client refused me to release the video. She believes that the production process, which cuts her avatar into discrete parts、sometime with no clothes、with no hair, It's gonna have a bad effect on her. She refuse to show the process video. Maybe later I meet a client who will let me release the production process, and I will make a video about it.
Can you post a timelapse of you modeling?
Keep up the amazing work!!!
hell yeah
One question how to you rig the base to move smoothly like that? When I try it for MMD the base kinda moves differently
It is possible that there is a problem with the VMD action data you are using. Some motion capture-based motion data has its own drifting problems. You can try more other VMD action data to see if there is the same problem
@@ThinkFish2024 Thank you so much ill try and see if other motions will work
Bro you need to make a course. 😮
OMG you're so talented , I love this. did you use Warudo?
Yes, I really like using Warudo, which allows for some things that other software can't~
This is so cool!
😮Bro you deserve more subs
That's what I thought, too 🤣I'll keep it updated, and maybe things will get better in the future~
I absolutely love your models! Are you by any chance open for commissions? ❤
Thanks for you love the models~ In fact, all the models I show are commissions that I do in China. Now I still have time in November. You can also contact me on Twitter, @ThinkFish2024. We can talk about whether there is a possibility of do commissions for countries overseas.
@ThinkFish2024 Hello bro, give me the name of the original track with the video of this song
The name is《大喜》by 泠鳶yousa, and you can find the song here. th-cam.com/video/BKblrXHumDk/w-d-xo.html
@@ThinkFish2024 Thanks you
Does not make sense to me how you only got a few views and subs. Hoping you go viral soon!
Thank you very much~ I hope so too 😆
I've watched all your videos and they are amazing! I'm studying blender on my own. I want to learn skills like yours! If it's okay, can you tell me a little bit about how you studied?
Thank you for your comment, I'm not a modeling or game-related professional. Therefore, Blender's learning is also based on online videos. But I use the Chinese bilibili video site the most, and I watch Chinese tutorials, I'm not sure if it applies to you. If you want to learn from English video, I can also recommend two to you: www.youtube.com/@blenderguru www.youtube.com/@Kana_Fuyuko
@@ThinkFish2024 Thank you so much for your thoughtful response! I will also take a good look at the channels you mentioned. If it is okay, would it be okay if I contact you personally sometime? As I mentioned earlier, I am practicing Blender modeling on my own and am looking for someone I can communicate with about it.
I just saw this message today. I've only seen the first two sentences before You can send me message on X @ThinkFish_2024 I'll get back to you when I see it But I'm not a professional modeler, and the content of my knowledge is actually relatively limited~
What is VRM? Is this model rigged to use as a VR character where it moves with your body?
VRM models are generally used for real-time motion capture and face capture live broadcasts, and in addition to following your movements, VRM can also follow your expressions~ 😀
So cute! do you do commissions?
All the models I show are commissions that I do in China~ I haven't done commissions with people from other countries for the time being.😅
I see! Would you do commissions for countries overseas?
@@moonie7999 Yes, I have that idea too, so I'm gradually posting some videos on TH-cam. 😄 And registered Twitter, and PayPal account. We can also communicate in some more detail via Twitter @ThinkFish_2024
Sorry, what are your social medias? Your works are marvelous!
@ThinkFish_2024 You can contact me on twitter~ But I'm mainly active in China, and I've only recently launched Twitter, so I only have a few followers 🤣
I loved your style and how you created this model, could you please upload your behind the scene how you make these types of Stylish models.
The models I'm showing are all commissions. I once recorded a production process, but unfortunately, in the end, the client refused me to release the video. She said I could post a display of the full model - do the expressions, do the movements, dance well. But she believes that the production process, which cuts her avatar into discrete parts, It's gonna have a bad effect on her. 😅 Maybe later I meet a client who will let me release the production process, and I will make a video about it!
omg she so cute i love this model 💖💖
Sooooo cute❤
Thank you~ I prefer to make cute models rather than cool characters 🤣
May I know the name of that vtuber? If there is a channel
this one, in china bilibili~ b23.tv/a7YyVZA
Very nice, well done.
I'm sorry, aren't you God?) I hope you get a lot of money for modeling, because it's an amazing job😍. Looking at such videos, I understand that I have a lot to strive for✌ Is it time to learn Chinese?) Definitely a subscription to the channel
Thank you for the compliment I really enjoy making models, and it's very rewarding to watch a character go from a picture to a model with movements and expressions. I see you're also very good at making models, so I'm subscribed to your channel~!😆
Is this Magica Cloth or Dynamic Bone?
You are right~ This use Magica Cloth2 😆
It's amazing you can make her looks this good with just VRM
Thanks for the like. I feel that the refinement of the VRM model depends on how well the texture is drawn. In terms of technology, everyone is probably more or less the same 😆
Do you do commissions :3?
Thanks for liking my 3D work. in fact, I often do commissions in China, and the price is about 5000 RMB, which is equivalent to 600~700 US dollars. Recently, I plan to try to do commissions with people from different countries. So I gradually sent some of the 3D showcases I made before to TH-cam. I also signed up for Twitter (ThinkFish_2024) and Discord (thinkfish_2024) and can be reached through this. In terms of payment, since I am in China, it would be more convenient for me to be able to pay with WeChat or Alipay. But I also have a PayPal account, you can also pay through PayPal if necessary.
this is so good! i would love to see the processes of how you made these models :>!!
You can search for "vroid+blender" and there will be some videos that explain this workflow. My computer's performance is not very good. When recording videos and creating models, especially when drawing textures, the computer can be very slow. 🤣 Perhaps after I update the hardware, I will try recording the production process~😀
So pretty!! 👏👏
Thank you for your like~ 😆
My god it’s perfect
It's you, thank you brother~ The overall effect of my model largely depends on the artist's level of painting. The artist's paintings are exquisite, and ultimately the overall texture of the model will be better. As for me, I'm just trying my best to restore the artist's standing painting😆
It’s insane I could never spot a difference between the model and artist’s style, it’s immaculate
Magnificent! Next level content right here!
Wow that amazing!!!!!! What name 2 software motion capture you used?
“小K直播姬” & “VSeeFace”
Wow Thank you
Do u have blender + vroid reference tutorial- I've been searching for one 😞
I've seen a set of tutorial videos that are very much accord with your requirements, and he was posted by another person on the Chinese video site Bilibili. The tutorial was so comprehensive that I had absolutely no motivation to make a particularly repetitive video. I can send you a link to that video, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to access this Chinese website and if you'll be able to understand it. That video is narrated in Chinese. www.bilibili.com/video/BV14P4y1U78H
Oh myyyyy
Hi. Can you give me a tutorial on how you made these emotion animations and run them in VSeeFace program?
On my Chinese channel there's a video about VRM animation. But I'm not sure if you can see it, and if you can understand it. Because in that video, I was explaining everything in Chinese. www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Ns4y1B7PZ
I have access to this site (I am from Russia). Although I don't know your language, I will be able to adapt through translators. Thank you very much for sharing such information. I will look at your guide and try it.
