      @@agravatpankajbhai-ju9hb ભાઈ તમારું સૂચન સારું છે પણ યોગ કરતા સાધકો એક કલ્લાક રોજ યોગ કરી શકે એટલા માટે એક કલ્લાક ના યોગ ના વિડીઓ મૂકું છું એમાં દરેક વ્યાયામ વિશે બોલવા જાઉં તો સમય વધુ લાગે હુ જે એક કલ્લાક યોગ કરાવુ છું એમાં શરીર ના બધા અંગોને વ્યાયામ મળે એ રીતે કરવું છું આભાર્ જય ભગવાન 🙏

      જય ભગવાન પહેલા અમારે પણ યુ ટ્યુબ જોતી વખતે ઘણી જાહેરાત આવતી હતી એટલે કંટાળીને એમણે યુ ટ્યુબ નો પ્રીમિયમ પ્લાન લઈ લીધો. જેના માટે દર મહિને રૂ.૧૮૯/- ભરવાના આવે છે. એક membership માં ૬ વ્યક્તિનું ઈમેઇલ એડ્રેસ દાખલ કરી શકાય છે એટલે ૬ વ્યક્તિને આ membership નો લાભ મળે અને કોઈ પણ જાહેરાત સિવાય આખો મહિનો જોઈ શકાય છે. યુ ટ્યુબમાં ઓછી જાહેરાત આવે તેવું સેટિંગ કરી શકાતું નથી એટલે ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ યુ ટ્યુબ નો પ્રીમિયમ પ્લાન લઈ લેશો તો ૬ વ્યક્તિ તેનો લાભ લઈ શકાશે. એટલે રોજનો ૧/- રૂપિયો આપીને જાહેરાત વિના યુ ટ્યુબ જોઈ શકશો. અને બીજા બેનિફિટ અલગ.... જય ભગવાન
