This , to me, looks like symbolism for controlling women. Essential they keep women on a leash, and control what they do and where they go.
Men and women who are not married to each other don't touch. It has to do with modesty. This Rebbe is the father-in-law of the bride. That's why they are dancing with a gartel between them. She doesn't need to use a gartel when dancing with her father but she does with other men (grandfather, uncles, brothers, etc.)

I really enjoy the music & the energy of dancing. I have been interested in learning more about their culture. It does seem odd that it's only the men that truly get to celebrate.
Women celebrate too, but not in front of the men

The idea of the dance is to get the bride who is a virgin so dizzy, that she wont reject her husband banging her for the first time. Very smart ploy

This Rebbe, Shlita, is one of the more livelier dancers. It is refreshing to see different dance steps. Mazel tov to the chosson and kallah and their respective families. Continued nachas.
