Diana is sus. She has a fashion talent, but she's so plain in terms of character design. She's either Tozu's boss, or a red herring, possibly the first victim if the latter is true. She just lines up too well with the previous masterminds.

I’m not sure why no one’s actually thought of this before, or why so many people (including the main cast) are taking it at face value, but what if Eva’s ultimate talent isn’t actually “Ultimate Liar”? Like, all the other ultimates are some sort of profession, even matchmaking and influencing, but liar? Nah. I really think she’s this game’s ???, hidden under the guise of a false ultimate.
