Retro debilitated Saturn for cancer ascendant how transit will be

Both my highest degree planet Mercury (my lagnesh) at 29° and lowest degree planet i.e Venus is at 0° are in conjunction in 11th house in Cancer. Virgo ascendant. I am 30 and not married didn't even try although many proposas come, but mercury antardasha and pratyantar dasha has always been good for me. Jupiter is in my lagna and also the lord of 7th house. I don't know this video scares me.
