Amoplex made better mock content than the last 3 pirate updates. Spicy literally kept the community alive on his back for 4 years. They should replace Spark and Hawk with Amoplex and Senior Spicy and move forward as a game.

On the one hand, I dont condone the idea of an entire group of people getting on someone's case and demanding they be fired. It almost feels like a witch hunt veiled by good intentions. But on the other hand... I wouldn't want a complete brainlet making a ton of terrible decisions. If you're gonna be the face of something, the LAST thing you wanna be called out for is thinking things like the Blizzard allegations being "Overblown" and not knowing the basics of ANYTHING you're doing. "Just google how to make a game" like bro... There's a lot more to it than that. It's like asking a brain surgeon to just "google brain surgery" and thinking Surgeon Simulator gameplay is the correct process.

If these issues are not resolved, I fear it could lead to irreparable damage to the community and the game itself. Ultimately, accountability is essential, and I trust that those responsible will eventually face the consequences of their actions.

KI just keeps going downhill year after year, streamers get preferential treatment and protection from breaking tos ie Almond and Sauce, devs misusing their powers, discord drama and the community just turns a blind eye.

Even if he wasn’t fired for that situation it was still what started a domino effect that caused him to slowly break down and finally snapped either way it is in no way his fault if he wasn’t a better man he would have left a long time ago but he loved the community so much that he fought trough it but nobody can do that forever bless him and his future we will miss you hawk

Very bad situation all around, wish Hawk the best in his future endeavors and I hope he doesn't have to deal with things like this again in the future. I've never interacted with him personally but I know from friends in the Pirate Community and some in the Wiz Community that he's a very beloved figure.

Surprised it took this long for the broad majority of the community to realize how bad of a CM Sparck is. He is completely out of touch with the game and the player base (quite the opposite of Chris). If he is let go I sure hope they find a much better replacement who can actually represent the community

This was hell for me to deal with. Me and (most) of the 101 mods from piratecord and wizcord had to hold this information in all day. We saw Chris getting banned at around 8-9 ish AM CST, his status had "Bye" randomly and it raised eyebrows already, and people were starting to catch on. We had to do our job and clean the chats of Chris's situation that atmoplex leaked until he tweeted himself, then we finally get a protest going and support it. It was in respect of him because at that time he didn't wanted fire to start, not quite yet. We had a whole different plan to do but that all went to shit when atmoplex acquired the info. But I'm very very thankful Chris tweeted to get the fire going, such a hero. So, Wizcord got Emma, which we can hope she becomes lead CM instead, but piratecord? Fuck all. No actual CM to take care of it. So me and every mods are letting it burn until actions from KI are taken. Fun fact though: Sparck WAS supposed to be the new server owner of piratecord, but chris did the ultimate middle finger and gave it to Mythdust (Kayly). So for a long while she is currently piratecord's owner. So poetic of him. Sad to see him gone for good. But he does deserve a better company for sure.
