Mai v 1 Bank employee hu. 6 years hue hai mujhe. Work pressure late sitting customer dealing taunts sb samajh ata hai. But jb apki personal life me v apke work pressure dikhne lagta hai tb lagta hai kuch nhi bacha hai. Sara kuch dene ke bad v life ke har suvidha ke liye loan pr depends rhna kaha tk sahi hai. Car lena hai car loan home loan medical loan personal loan fir sala job hi q krni hai. Sidha loan lekr businesses na kiya jaye. Pata nhi kaha tk sahi lagta hai logo ko bank job. Mai to jaldi hi quit krne bala hu. Sb kuch jivan ka dekar aisi naukri nhi krni. Bhale hi kuch km income hogi business me pr maine banker se zyda khus dekha hai logo ko.

I dont agree with u at all. Meri soch bilkul aisi hi thi jab maine bank join kiya tha. Ki life ne kuchh karne ke liye pressure to sehna hi padta hai usme kya badi baat hai...maine bank se pehle bhi 2 3 companies me kaam kiya tha jaha bhi kafi high pressure tha. But mai khush thi waha. But bhaisaab bank me aane ke bad jo jindagi jhand hui hai meri kya hi batau...kahe ki respect? Customers kuchh bhi gaali deke chale jaate hai aur 1 ya 2 person nahi roz ke 100 200 log kuchh bhi bolke chale jayenge but aapko chup chap sehna ladega because agar apne kuch bola to apki transfer ki dhamki aa jayegi head office se. Clerical ka union bahut strong hota hai so they have all the power they behave like CEO of banks and they treat POs like substaff or kamwali bai😂 even managers scars of clerk and they do as they order. Clerks sit on their table Watching reels ignoring customers and eating zomato but managers or head office take no action because they r afraid of clerk union. So all clerical work comes on newly joined PO plus khud ka PO ka work alag se. And it is not chhota mota kam. Kabhi cash window chhodke chale jate hai clerk to kabhi passbook machine. Ek akela PO turant cash window me baithna padta hai usko 100 customers chilla rahe hote hai uparse woh PO apne table se utha is liye uske tavle pe jo 40 50 log the woh bhi chillane lagenge kyunki unka kam ruk gaya. Sab gaali denge apko chup chap itna kam akele karna padega manager chup rehke dekhta rahenga. 10 baje ka time hota hai but po has to reach at 9am. Constant work from 9amto 10pm without lunch break because customers chain se khane bhi nahi denge lunch break me apke paas khade rehkar bolte rahegne ki jaldi khana khao hume late ho raha. .just think about it...u camnot even eat peacefully when customers are staring at u angrily. Uparse misbehave by clerks ...no support from head office. Once I got so frustrated i complain to head offcie about clerk. Instead of taking action on clerk, they did my transfer in far away state. It was a terrorist area . I had to work being scared of my life . Imagine that. Then they transferred me suddenly to another state because head office amd clerk union was still angry at me for complaining about clerks😂...my life got ruined. I started suffering from depression. My physical health got ruined. I lost 10kgs in 6 months and got very weak. I reached home daily at 11 pm. I couldn't even cook for myself or i didnt even have energy to do zomato after surviving this kind of pressure and toture whole day..customers to gaali dete hi hai sath me jiske sath ap pura din kam karte ho woh bhi clerks pareshan karte hai, bully karte hai, jaan buch ke apna kaam PO se karwate hai...agar customer clerk ko puchhe ki sir forms kaha rakhe hai...clerk usko table ki taraf ungli bhi nahi dikha sakta woh sidha bolta hai I DONT KNOW MERA KAM NAHI OFFICER KO PUCHHO...matlab po ko already itna work rehta hai upar se bar bar customers forms kaha rakhe hai yeh puchhne aate hai imagine 70 80 people at the same time...sunne me easy lagta hai uss seat pe baithoge to pagal ho jaoge... Finally I resigned after 3 years. Abhi paise nahi hai but khush hu. Garibi firse aa gayi but i am happy . Socho...pehle lagta tha kaise bhi karke garibi mitani hai apni...kitna bhi kam kar lenge....lekin deko ab usi garibi me khushi mehsoos ho rahi😢
