Tourists are not going to Goa because practically every Indian who has money to go to Goa has gone there not once but more than one time .Second reason for decline in tourists is that honey moon couples have started going to Bali or Thailand. More affluent are going to Switzerland. As far as Russian tourists are concerned they are not coming to Goa because war going on with Ukraine. Last but not the least are economic reasons. Goa Hotel are as expensive as hotels of any European country .Taxi drivers are not only arrogant but demand fairs equivalent to European standards .I think Goa tourism department shoud carry out study of all these points and take remedial measures.

Goa has become very bad place for indian and foreign tourists. 1. Bad behaviour of locals. 2. No proper taxi or auto service. 3. No bus service anywhere. 4. Taxis demand money like anything. 5. The taxi rate by the government is very high. 6. Hotels are the biggest looters. They charge too much for bad stinky rooms 7. Clubbing is very expensive. 8. Most of the clubs loot the tourists by honeytrap then. 9. Food is too expensive anywhere. I paid 150/- in a small restaurant for 1 plate idli.

गोवा में पुलिस का व्यवहार बहुत ही बुरा है अगर आपको पुलिस से जरा सा भी रोका तो वो इतने पैसे मांगेगी जो आप सोच भी नहीं सकते और आपको देने पड़ेंगे । और गोवा में चोर फ्रॉड लोग हैं जिनका कमिशन पुलिस से सेट है आप इतनी दूर वहां पर कुछ नहीं कर सकते आपकी वहां कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है।

I went to Goa 4 years back, our friends went to Iland trip, in the boat while returning, we wanted to piss and the boat person was not allowing us to even stop and take a piss, thats how cruel they were and miss behaved with us. Now I know why this is happening.
