IMHO this is the toughest hike I've done. Believe me, I've done many tough Hikes. This adventure starts from the Breede River day 1 and ends in Ceres day 4. Take my advice and phone a friend or ask the audience, but definitely use a lifeline when doing this one. As always KEEP HIKING!!! Stay tuned for days 2 to 4

Pramkoppie to Groot Tuin is a 10km hike out; and is possibly the most adventurist of the 5 days. Not too far from Pramkoppie you can visit the bushman rock art, then climb through a forest to get to the plateau.
