Bad Ending, Patrick wakes up after "Ameneurosis" before the final section of the song and feels a deep sadness we get from a dream that feels incomplete. (Is it Ameneurosis?) Good Ending, Patrick pats Spongeboy on the back and remembers Spongebob saying "You can do anything in a dream!" Conjuring up Concept Art Patrick to keep Spongeboy company as Patrick fades from the dream.

Lore idea, not much but oh well So basically after SpongeBob tried to be nice to Squidward again but accidentally annoys him when hes playing the clarinet, Squidward having enough of it completely throws his clarinet at SpongeBob and it accidentally goes into one of his eyes.
