This is Bruce Wilkerson's youtube channel. I am an instructor at American Gym in Costa Mesa, CA. I created this channel to show clips of sparring and training, I teach STX kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, JKD, BJJ, Kali, and CSW. Make sure and subscribe as I am going to start adding instructional clips of MMA training, as well as boxing, kickboxing, Kali, wrestling, and no gi submission wrestling.

@@carlosandres1835 it’s just isolating striking and takedowns. They called it shootboxing in Japan. Sanda is a little different but same basic concept

Really enjoyed this sparring series. My man in the red shirt has some nice hands mixing it up high and low. The other dude is good too, has nice kicks and wrestling. Solid dudes!

Thanks for posting this, Bruce. I kinda wish I had looked at this earlier as I notice a few bad habits I had back then that needed fixing. My son, however, has an altogether different reaction to this video. After watching it he grunted and quipped, "You had hair back then, Dad."

@brucew22 Hi Bruce, thanks for the responding. Thats you with Erik right. I have all of them bar 1 and used to watch them religiously. I was watching 300 last night and it prompted me to youtube Chad and Damon as I knew they did the fight choreography and thats how I came across your videos. Are you still training. Cheers.
Still training and teaching and yes that’s me with Erik. I taught at his gym in Fullerton 2007-2015

does anyone know where to find a old demo from the inosanto academy i think the crowd and everyone is in a circle and they have people doing kali and hitting the muay thai pads as well as other thing i believe it was shot at night but i can not remember thank you
