You know from the first words that this is a dreadful version. The only perfect version I know is by Muireann Nic Amhlaoidh, who is the real thing in every way. Listen to it and be amazed.

first song I ever heard them play live when I caught a soundcheck at the Capitol in Aberdeen in 1984 - having only ever heard Highland Connection and Recovery before it came as a bit of an eye opener!

I shared a flat with Brian when we were at the college together & the first time I saw him sing live at one of the college gigs, I was blown away. He's just such a talented guy & I knew back then he'd go far.
