That is correct. The cover has soft cloth interior lining and air vent to ensure it won't scratch or trap the heat air and cost moisture inside. Hope this helps.

The reason your car's dashboard reads a higher temperature (102°F) compared to the outside temperature (85°F) is due to the greenhouse effect inside your car.
