Why are you so afraid of your hair shringkage? Just saying maybe it could speed up the process because u could shampoo and condition normally and then doing the elongation methods when styling so the hair is stretched as u wanted it and nobody would think ur hair is shorter we all have shrinkage😂

Hi! Yes I can I used Olaplex system- clarifying shampoo, maintenance shampoo, conditioner & intense moisture mask Revlon- hair dryer brush ( Amazon) Redken- pillow proof primer Tresemme- heat protectant spray Hope that helps❤️

Do you use heat protectant when setting/diffusing?
Not when setting, I’d use it for blow drying

I just set it on high there’s no temp on mine
