Hello there! Unfortunately, Crowne Plaza is on the landside of Changi Airport, which would mean that you would have to go through customs before being able to reach the Hotel. But it's well worth it! Asides from staying at the Hotel, you can also visit Jewel, which is also landside. If you're on transit, I'd highly recommend booking a long connection! You can exit from any terminal. Crowne Plaza is at Terminal 3, so if your flight is arriving at Terminal 3, after you exit customs, there would be ample signage to direct you to the Hotel. If your flight is arriving at either Terminals 1 or 2, you can hop on the landside Skytrain to Terminal 3. Terminal 4 is a bit further from the main bulk of the Airport as it is a standalone building. If your flight is arriving at Terminal 4, you can take the free landside public shuttle bus, which would take you to Terminal 2. From Terminal 2, you can hop on the landside Skytrain to Terminal 3. Hello Kam Rul! The package came with afternoon tea & evening canapés, which was filling enough for me :)

@@howelltay289 You say “package” but I assume it’s a straits club room that comes with those privileges, plus champagne breakfast next morning. Most patrons just go to the straits club lounge instead of having the food delivered to their room.

@@kamrul9045 I don't remember the details of the package as this was old footage which I compiled into a video. I stayed in June 2021. Maybe the package did come access to the Straits Club Lounge :) Nonetheless, the afternoon tea & evening canapés was a lot of food for me.
