I really enjoyed this podcast, the notion is definitely motivating, and it discusses a topic that most fail to fully understand. I would like to say that mental health overall, depends on our resilience which I agree with in the podcast, however I believe that people tend to confuse their own resilience and try to force that on others, which leads to getting nowhere in the end. Society, or at least Americas society, has lost the motivation it once had and now spends most of their time listening to the perceptions of social media and politics. I know not just from others experiences, but also my own that for you to have such a strong definition of resilience, you need a strong philosophy or belief that gets you out of bed in the morning. Keeping these certain ideals at the top of your priorities each day, will not only benefit you in the long run, but just might make you a little happier. I think the reason I enjoyed this podcast so much, is because it spoke of the one thing most have but don’t realize they do. Resilience.
