Wish I could do some of this exercise. But with my bad shoulder and bad knees , it would be very painful. But very good video! 👍🏼
@marvagresham1584 Thank you! We may be able to address your shoulder & knee pain by slowly strengthening them with resistance training. This helps for many people! Talk with your doctor (if you want) and see what they think. After, if it's something you want to do, we could write out a personalized plan for you :)

I liked your video! Looks good filming outside! Great idea no processed foods. Definitely the way everyone should eat. I would love to add more fruits and veggies to my diet, I can’t afford to buy them. The price of groceries now sadly make me eat boxed Mac and cheese, top ramen etc… Rice and beans are cheap and are healthy. I should find recipes and cook those a couple times a week
Hmm, yeah, fruits and veggies are expensive.. keep me posted on any recipes, I'll do the same! I'll be eating a lot of rice and beans 😅

I too ate terrible. Brent came over Wednesday. I bought a large pizza , one for each or us. Yup, I finished eating my whole pizza today. Plus some ice cream. Fortunately I don’t do that often. Sadly, I know that caused me to put on a few pounds. But, boy it was tasty!😋
Life happens. That was a special occasion, too, totally understandable!

Good job!! I hope this inspires me to get healthy and lose weight. I was at 170 now 195. Which totally scares me how close I am to 200 again. Top weight was 280 three years ago. I wanted to get down to 160 but never made it. Plus never had a healthy diet or exercise. Motivation is the key. And I’m lacking it.
