Out of four play throughs Ashley has only survived Virmire once and the one where she survived was my second ever play trough I was like “ok I already saved Kaidan now it’s Ashley’s turn to live.” But ever since then I always let her die because for well multiple reasons but not this one I mean she’s kinda racist but her views are more distrustful of aliens than hatred toward aliens and she dose get character growth and drops those views as the series goes on but she’ll always die Virmire because one- I simply like Kaidan more., Two- I always play solider the same class Ashley is and also James I don’t need two soilder squad mates in mass effect three when I’m already a solider. I’d rather have Kaidan whose a sentinel. and Three- “the main reason” She wants to give me shit for romancing Liara and that’s where I draw the line Shepard will tolerate no disrespect towards his Blueberry tart, Ashley your making sure that nuke goes off.
