honestly really surprising how few cards are banned in standard. Props to the Design team

Kind of surprised to find out Goro was not on this list, but a lot of cards used as tech pieces were (i.e. Shokan Prince, the Big Shots). Shame my Goro deck was stolen last year (along with a lot of my other decks), or I would probably be exploring Retro a bit more.

Alot of the new kicks from girl power have order and all and fire has the miroko kicks so paul seems really good i wanna play law on fire with the chu foundation that commits to comit an opponents foundation seems fun enpugh for a starting point

my only problem with jin is that his kit does not have anything that force opponent to build, if it had the character would be interesting since you could use the second enhance better making him a do or die character. i guess you can play 80% but i would like more card like 80%. Jun feel like a light Kurama which is a bit sad, but her UR attack and some of her kit is really nice for a lot of character especially kurama or mineta. In the end jun seem like a more flowing deck then jin, there is a couple of card missing in both, but right now i would get the jun not the jin, but they are really nice starter deck compare to what we had with AOT.

These are decent starter decks for people to learn the game from. Too bad they couldn't align the release with the game release or Evo.

@10:05 dumb question but when you play the combined fire power, since its response says you can play this card you can use it for a block, right? So then for Ghidorah's enhance it is the same, you can use it defensively and play a card as a block?

Really useful video thank you! As someone just looking to start the card game, any recommendations on characters that are best for beginners to play would be amazing, or perhaps a video of 5 or 10 top characters for new players, i feel aot brought in a lot of people!
