Hi! I'm Diana Buitrago. I am a New York based artist from Colombia, trained at Grand Central Atelier where I currently teach.
I'm showing you inside my studio. The idea of this space is to share information and demonstrations about art, traditional oil painting processes and materials, making it accessible for free to everybody around the world in both Spanish and English languages. In 2020 after the experience of teaching online through Grand Central Atelier, I met amazing students from many different countries and realized how hard is for many people to access to a Traditional Atelier based education. Descripción del proceso en pintura clásica de naturaleza muerta usando objetos y controlando la luz con un "shadow box". Hablamos de algunos consejos prácticos y de cómo se llevará a cabo el siguiente taller en Ciudad de Mexico, en el Taller de Pintura La Condesa. Octubre 21 a 24, 2021.
