The coating was a twitch drop from one of the HCS tourneys like last year. The respawn effect, I can't remember if it was a shop purchase. I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Wanted to see Spartan armor, player movement, and all the other stuff (armor effects, etc.) which you don't see in 1st person. Different perspective to watching gameplay.

Way more fun than managing the financials of a portfolio of 26 clients with total revenue EAC of 216M usd, ensuring that the contract controllable income % is at least 150 basis points better than the previous fiscal year...Well technically that's also fun, but playing Halo and sharing the vids of our games is more fun and less stressful. 😀

It's always fun when we play with our kids (Yancey0619 and Ynigo0709). Problem is that their hand-eye coordination is waaaay faster than ours. Kudos to your mom as well!

@@afterofficespartans My Mom is way better tham me, but just in campaign (she completed Halo 2 Legendary 2 times, but I can just on heroic), cuz in PvP young man are better.

Recorded our games in 3rd person POV, and unfortunately it doesn't show the crosshairs. Definitely would be cool if the next Halo game would have 3rd person as an option with 1st person as default mode. At least you get to see your armor more than just your hands.

@@afterofficespartans i can get behind this 💯, nothing wrong with upgraded gameplay functions and features yet still keeping the classic style as well, developers and publishers need to think outside the box sometimes

Well, we've been playing together since H2.and still playing this game because bottom line it's still fun...and it's HALO.

Totally agree that 343 dropped the ball on infinite, but we're still playing it because playing custom games against friends and with our kids is still fun.

@@afterofficespartans I actually haven’t tried it yet. I will be because some friends want to play it together and I do enjoy playing with the boys. I’m not the biggest fan of 3rd person, but that game isn’t pvp as I understand so 3rd person is fine in that regard for me. PvP should never be 3rd person. Never played gears and never will.

@@Facemaker77 Yeah, I will admit. That is a problem when it comes to 3rd person shooters, and I've definitely have had to deal with situations like that before. I like to play in 3rd when I have the chance because I like seeing my character, and I find it more immersive. Of course, that part's subjective. In summary, I agree, competitively speaking, 1st person should be the perspective used, but if I get into a chill game type, I'm all down for 3rd.

Same here. Kept getting Fragmentation or House of reckoning on my end.

Waaaay faster, and sweatier matches, but still fun when you play with friends. 😁
