The international 3pt line was 20’9” or 21’ back then. You should have seen college 3 pt lines when they first came out. Different conferences had different friggin 3pt distances for a couple of years for conference games only. I think some were as short as 18 ft, some 19, some 19’9”. It was Wild West for a bit until the ncaa standardized in 19’9” in 1986.
