I found a test pressing of the only single by the Chapel Hill North Carolina band Lance. This is Side B. The song title is "I Don't Like It".

When I was a young teenager, I thought Grace Jones was the most alluring woman alive. Between her music videos and her appearance in Conan, I would have to call her the woman of my teenage dreams, fierce and beautiful, followed closely by Annie Lennox. What that says about me, I do not care.

FYI: That is an arrangement by David Bowie. Paul tells the story that Grace and Dolph (i.e Ivan Drago) were dating at the time and were on a same flight as David Bowie and on the flight they were chit chatting and Grace mentioned that she was going to be a guest on Playhouse and sing little drummer boy...Bowie offered her an arrangement of the song he made and thats what she used.
Bowie sang a modified "Little Drummer Boy" on a Bing Crosby Xmas special. The arrangement was completely different though.
