My organization has Google workspace for nonprofits. The esignature feature is unavailable in Google Docs and I can't locate it in our Google Admin Console (despite tutorials). Any Suggestions? Loved the video! Hope I can get this to work.

Keep your custom Portal logo under 5mb at 200 x 100px. (From Dubsado) But I always stick the Logo in my custom portal banner image because I have more control over where it is as the screen changes sizes.

Not that I can figure out - you could have it embedded twice, one that is only visible on Desktop and one that is only visible on Mobile / Tablets

Does the Google Cal Stripe integration allow you set up recurring subscriptions? This is something Calendly does not do, so I'm looking for alternatives. Basically so somebody buys a paid consultation with you and it automatically repeats and charges them every month until they unsubscribe. Maybe you know if Google Cal Stripe integration can do this?
No it's just for one-off bookings. However, Stripe has a great recurring subscription option natively that once someone buys you could send them a non-paid Google Appointment Cal link using Zapier automatically.
@@TheSmarterCreative Thank you for the response. Spent half an hour on the phone with Square just now and found they can do a cal embed with recurring subscription/events that also accepts money with PayPal. I'm going to switch from Calendly to Square now to do this.

the google appointments calendar I embedded on my site is showing up as transparent for some reason. do you know how to fix that?
It's showing transparent in the video above - if you want a white background, you could add it to a container with a specific background depending on the website building service you use!

I know it's absolutely off-topic. But I just want to tell you that you are indescribably beautiful. Just wow.
Does the google calendar booking page allow for different appointment types/durations? I have new patients (60min), returning patients (60,30m), brief introductory sessions (20min), Prescription renewals(5m), Lab Orders(5min). Also is there a way to book extra time to any given appointment (e.g. 10,15,30 minute increments)?
Yes, to the first part, you can have different appointment schedulers on one calendar. No, to your second question of can they add on extra time, unfortunately, that isn't a feature in Google appointment scheduler.

Thank you for the video! Do you know if you are able to connect multiple Google Workspace calendars (i.e. your different businesses) so that you don’t get double booked anywhere? For example, Business A you have a 10am appointment, and Now Business B doesn’t have 10am available.
So long as you can see your calendars on the same login, YES! What I do is invite my other emails to be a collaborator with each other's calendars (using the Sharing Setting on each calendar label) and then when creating the appointment you can say which calendars you want the appointment to check availability for. It gets annoying on your phone because you'll have duplicates of each of the calendars since you're typically logged into everything - but I go thru and hide them, so I'm only seeing one of each calendar on my mobile calendar.

Dubsado is such a great platform! I have several clients complaining that the different forms doesn't work, dubsado doesn't want to cancel the plan and return the money. Just amazing!
It's completely *not* the same at all, Lauren. And, yes, you are *"passing the surcharge on to the client"* - rightly. Three percent (3%) of $10,000 = $300 - *$300* ! Why wouldn't you pass that savings on to your client by alerting them they can do so by paying with ACH ? If you raise your prices to include the $300 processing fee, and your client pays with ACH, then *lucky you*, you got a $300 bump. I hate having to ask for cash discounts, knowing the service provider is pocketing the processing fees by not offering it themselves. 🥴🤮 Blech. Gross.
Such great points! Straight asking for cash discounts is not something I'd even think of-probably because I love getting those credit card points 🫣-so sharing a cash discount is definitely a win for the client wanting to pay cash! Thanks for sharing 🤍

@@TheSmarterCreative It was so straight forward. I got on the Dubsado train in Octobr of last year and have slowly been learning the ins and outs. First CRM I actually like. Workflows are sort of the last piece and just getting the basics feels somewhat overwhelming. First two months of implementing (after learning curve haha) Dubsado I probably got 10-12hrs of time back though automating more things. Appreciate ya and love the channel. I want to dig into more!
Imagine: Your video was recommended by Google Support and I found it very well-made. Unfortunately, it didn’t resolve my specific issue. I’m trying to manage payment methods for the Google Calendar-Stripe integration, like adding PayPal, but I keep getting this notification: "Google Calendar manages payment methods for you. Google Calendar has not authorized you to manage payment methods from the dashboard." If you have any insights or solutions on how to bypass this limitation, it would greatly enhance the help I received and could potentially surpass Google support itself. Thank you!

I'm hoping you might be able to explain a bump in the road I've encountered on my Dubsado setup. I'm a bridal Makeup Artist and I have 4-5 different proposals to outline my packages/prices for different regions I service.. however I'm wanting to setup my workflows to automate responses when enquiries come through my contact form.. but it seems I can't automate this because in the workflow I have to choose one or the other.. for example "send email to bride with Byron Bay package information" but she might be a Gold Coast bride.. does that make sense? It's so confusing! My brain in mush haha!
On your contact form you are able to do one drop-down to specify the Workflow you want the submission to do! So I would set up the different inquiry workflows (so Inquiry: Gold Coast, Inquiry: Byron Bay) and then on the contact form where they select the specific region it will kick off that Inquiry Workflow. I'd also maybe have an "other" option that sends an automated general email that says something like "Thanks for reaching out - I'll be in touch!" With it set up this way, you would not have a workflow set up in the form settings. I hope that helps!! Best of luck - you got it!!

Hey, thanks for the video! I have an isse with this, i wonder if you encountered it. I followed this steps, but for some reason the payment is not automatically captured, i need to manually approve it which defeats the whole purpose of this. I've talked to both Google and Stripe and apparently I need to change this via the Stripe API which is a whole new level of complexity. Has this happened to someone else?

Ok, I found the canned email that talks about it! But how do you mobile/ desktop optimize the photos for the portal? I got your free download and those don't seem to be the correct size. Is there something or somewhere else you have to go to make changes?
There are two image sizes, be sure the long skinny one is for Desktop and the one that is almost a square is in the Mobile view upload!!

This made me laugh out loud - I'm so glad it helped!!! There is a Client Portal Guide in the templates section inside of Dubsado Form templates. I highly suggest opening up your designed portal + taking screenshots and replacing their images with yours!
