Hi that is not an issue if you don’t get married. Avant sponsors the applicant, and help you once you’re in the states to bring family if you’d like

Hi. Yes it’s possible if all you’re doing is writing papers all day everyday and no other commitments like work, kids, etc . Some people I know have been able to finish in 2 terms (24 weeks)

How does that work?
Good day to you Nana. Is there any age requirements or limits
Must be at least 20 years of age to work but you must hold a general registered nurse certificate
Is flex path an accelerated path?
Flex path means you as the learner can choose whether you want to go faster or slower…so for example if you choose to complete 2 classes per 12 week billing cycle, and someone else completes 4 courses, you all pay the same. It’s up to you on how fast and how much you want to save 🙂hope that makes sense

Please what are their interview questions like? Because am doing a volunteer job in a tertiary hospital of more than 300 beds for up to 18months now. Will I be interviewed on that or can it be a problem?

Yes they do. As long as the faculty has 80 beds or more
Mam GNM nursing is accepted in avant healthcare or not??
Unfortunately midwifery nursing is not accepted.
After interviews how do they verify if your working in that hospital that you mentioned do they ask you to send a reference letter of job offer letter please
Hi. No they do not call your hospital or ask for a letter. The most important thing they are looking for is that you have experience, the facility you work at has 80 beds or more and you hold a general registered nurse license
But they do ask for a reference letter.. 2 references, should be your senior or incharge..

You can always write to them directly and inquire about it. They like that. It shows that you are serious and determined

After successfully passing the clinical interview, you will have a job interview with the hiring manager. If they accept you, then the visa process begins

They sponsor the nurse to come first, then they help in getting your family to join you in the States once you are here and working

Hi. It took me 15 months. Would have been earlier but went through some relocations for my husband’s job that interrupted my schedule.

I would love to but I can’t unfortunately at the moment as I am taking some time off to spend with my children before starting the nurse educator position in the fall.
What if you have written and passed the NCLEX already? What’s next?
Oh that is even better. You will be a great candidate as that will reduce the time it’ll take for you to go through the process
Do you have a bachelor’s degree? There is another agency I can refer you to but you must have a bachelors degree, no diplomas

I am just watching this now. I just started the MSN program in leadership (as they said this is closest to a generalized MSN) I am curious how your experience was as far as work-life-school balance. I work full time, and am hoping to get this done in a reasonable amount of time but not stress myself out too much. Any advice would be appreciated
Congratulations on starting. To make work life balance easier, I aimed for finishing one assessment per week. I would gather the research for about 3 days, then use the remaining 3 days to write and edit. I took one day off to recuperate as I am a wife and mother of 3 kids under 8 at the time. You can do it! Just take it one assignment at a time.

How did you find a preceptor?
I called the hospital closest to me in my city and asked them if they have a nurse educator or masters prepared nurse there

That’s correct! I went straight from ADN to MSN with this program. You don’t need RN to BSN first. Hope that clarifies your question.

@@elizabethnwosu2845 they require the transcripts from both. Having the BSN as well will make you a competitive applicant
