In the 801185, the 801 is the train class and the 185 is a generated number. the green mark in the speedometer might be the max speed when entering a station or the next speed limit.

Nice video! The string of numbers is the train number (usually the first 3 digits are the class and the last 3 are random)
You know the Class 377/1? Well all of those trains start with 377 and then 1 to signify what sort of Class 377 it is... And then it starts from 00 So 377100. That's a train number
