    1. Prior to bud stage, 2 bands of thickened epithelium forms in the presumptive upper and lower jaws of the embryo 2. On each band, a ribbon-thin shelf emerges into the underlying ectomesenchyme. This inward growth is called the dental lamina and signals the beginning of tooth development 3. Bud stage commences w the formation of small bulges on the dental lamina, which grow into the adjacent ectomesenchymal tissue creating a bud 4. As the bud grows, it forms the shape of a lightbulb attached to the end of a rope as the ectomesenchymal cells continue to proliferate around it 5. Infolding appears with growth, and ectomesenchymal cells continue to proliferate within that fold (beginning of cap stage) 6. As the cells of the enamel organ differentiates several cell populations can be identified: inner and outer enamel epithelium, stellate reticulum and enamel knot (beginning of bell stage) 7. Formation of above structures paired with formation of cervical loops: points where the cells continue to divide until crown of tooth at its full size 8. Late bell stage: production of tooth's hard tissues (enamel and dentine) Meanwhile dental lamina begins to shrink and eventually breaks away from the tooth bud --> bud separated from epithelium of oral cavity (end of bell stage) in case anyone needs this!

    Sir your video was wonderful. But can you pls explain the mineralization in detail? Because in my textbook they have given something like mineralization occurs at the outer recently formed matrix and maturation occurs at inner first formed matrix. I'm confused with this sir. After maturation only mineralization occurs right but how it can happen in two places separately?

    • @varshajprakash
      @varshajprakash ปีที่แล้ว

      Maturation is the same as mineralisation ryt?

    • @the.mosawi
      @the.mosawi 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mineralisation is the formation of crystalls which occurs at the early stages of amelogenesis. Maturation is the thickning of crystallites once all the organic materials leave the enamel at later stages of amelogenesis. They are not the same thing@@varshajprakash

    Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous tumors that grow from the muscle layers of the womb. These benign growths of smooth muscle can vary from the size of a bean to being as large as a melon. They are also known as leiomyomas and myomas. Fibroids affect around 30 percent of all women by the age of 35 years, and from 20 to 80 percent by the age of 50 years. They usually develop between the ages of 16 to 50 years. These are the reproductive years during which estrogen levels are higher. THE BEST WAY To GET RIDE OF FIBROIDS SO FAR IS HERBAL MEDICATION, For more info on how to cure fibroid permanently send us message Emails drakhigbe837agmail.com WhatsApp +2348140126449 He also cure illness like (1)Herpes (2)Hapatitis b (3)Ulcer (4)Diabetes (5)Cancer etc
